Privacy policy

xMilo uses account, runtime, and device-linked data to deliver setup, access, relay sessions, handoff, safety review, and support. Generative outputs can be wrong, and harmful or deceptive outputs can be reported in-app.

Current live flows may store verified email status, device-linked identifiers, entitlement status, website handoff state, payment-session records where applicable, runtime diagnostics, and AI-content reports submitted by users.

xMilo may retain limited data required for fraud prevention, abuse review, billing reconciliation, legal compliance, and security investigations even after a deletion request.
